Evosoft original
Evosoft Original is low density, high quality fibreboard which is lightweight and easy to handle. This multifunctional board is easy to install and due to its cellular nature it offers good thermal and sound insulation properties. It is suitable for use as insulation in wall linings, ceilings, pin boards, office screens and protective packaging.

Evosoft primecote
Evosoft Primecote is low density fibreboard finished with a coat of white primer and ready to paint in the colour of your choice. Due to its light weight, it is also easy to handle and install. This softboard offers good thermal and insulation properties due to its cellular composition. Evosoft Primecote is primarily used in celilings due to its inherent properties and pre-coated primer.

MelaWood® is PG Bison's leading brand of decorative melamine faced board (MFB).
MelaWood® is available in four surface finishes, Peen (a textured, stipple), Ashwood (an embossed, woodgrain), Linear (a deep textured, straight wood grain) and Natural Touch (a luxurious matt).
MelaWood® uses either BisonBord® or SupaWood® as a core, with melamine-impregnated, decor paper bonded to the board's surfaces under heat and pressure. This gives MelaWood® its durable, moisture resistant surface, making it the ideal choice for kitchens, built-in-cupboards, furniture, offices and shopfitting.

Novolam is made by fusing a decorative melamine impregnated paper permanently onto the surface of particleboard or fibreboard/MDF.
Novolam is suitable for a variety of applications such as kitchen cupboards and doors, shop fitting, office furniture, shelving, built-in cupboards and wardrobes, shop fitting, partitioning, bathroom units, room dividers, etc. and is offered in textured wood grain finish in a variety of colour options.

We use the very latest technology to produce our doors. A highly innovative system links our sales software directly with our production software to ensure a streamlined and error free process.
To rout out your doors and panels we use two state of the art CNC machines and optimisation program to ensure that we maximise the board used and minimise waste.
All of our wrap doors are made from the highest quality MDF using a vacuum press to apply the vinyl using a combination of heat, vacuum and pressure to ensure maximum adhesion of the vinyl and giving you the smoothest finish for your doors.
